F & B Managers and Assistant F & B Managers (for UK)

Job description:
Manage the F&B operation (or assist the F&B manager) of a UK hotel.

Responsabilities:
Supervising all the operations and activities of the F&B outlets.
Assuring that standards and guest expectations are maintained in a professional manner.
Control and apply the safety and hygiene standards.
Supervising the employees, manage their training and the rota.

Requests:
Very good English.
Proven experience in this role - in domestic or international hotels.
Good working attitude.
Dynamic, responsible and innovative.

Contract duration: minimum 2 years
Working hours: between 40-48 hours / week
Net salary: 900-1500 pounds / month (depending on experience)
