Head Waiter / Chef de Rang (for UK)

Job description:
Perform the duties of a Head Waiter / Chef de Rang in a restaurant in the UK. Restaurant can be within a hotel or an independent restaurant.

Responsabilities:
Co-ordinating, supervising and train the waiters and waitresses.
Assuring that standards and guest expectations are maintained in a professional manner.
Control and apply the safety and hygiene standards.
Staff rotas, cash handling, problem solving.

Requests:
Very good English.
Proven experience in this position.
Good working attitude.

Contract duration: minimum 2 years
Working hours: between 40-48 hours / week
Net salary: 800-1000 pounds / month (depending on experience)
