The Process

The process is very simple. On receipt of your application, we will review your details.

If we feel that we can help you find a job, we will contact you to schedule an interview.

The interview will last about 1 hour and involve:
  • Going through your CV, talking about your work experience and other skills.
  • Working out your requirements and expectations.
  • Talking about possible jobs, working environments, salaries etc.
  • Answering any questions you may have.
The interview will be conducted mostly in English, depending on the job requirements.

At the time your file is complete we will send your detailed CV, along with a candidate professional profile, to the partner-companies network from abroad or to the foreign employers existing in our company’s portfolio. The main target is to obtain the most appropriate employment offer according to your training, experience and professional abilities, and also to your contractual expectations.

If one or more employers manifest their interest in offering you a job, we will contact you in order to give you a detailed presentation of the terms and conditions of the contracts (like the salary, taxes, living facilities, meals, medical insurance, etc.) and of the specific location (web sites, hosting sites, flyers, etc.).

Once you accept the offer you must participate to a final interview with the employer, either on the phone (90% of the interviews are by phone or internet connection - web cam), or face to face.

In the next step of the procedure we will obtain your work permit associated to your contract, and then we will assist and advise you on the visa obtaining procedure and the transport options for the final destination.
