Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers (for UK)

Job description:
Manage a restaurant (or assist the restaurant manager) in the UK. Restaurant can be within a hotel or an independent restaurant.

Responsabilities:
Supervising all the operations and activities of the restaurant.
Assuring that standards and guest expectations are maintained in a professional manner.
Control and apply the safety and hygiene standards.
Supervising the employees, manage their training and the rota.

Requests:
Very good English.
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or deputy.
Good working attitude.

Contract duration: minimum 2 years
Working hours: between 40-48 hours / week
Net salary: 1000-1500 pounds / month (depending on experience)
