Senior Support Workers (for UK)

Job description: To support clients with their daily living needs and develop their life long skills. To ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.

Responsabilities:

Some of the responsibilities include:
• To work with people with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviours, autism, epilepsy.
• To ensure personal care of clients is of a high standard.
• To promote a happy working environment, minimising conflict and resolving issues on a timely basis.

Requests:

Relevant experience in working with people with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviours, autism, epilepsy.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Good command of English required.

Offer (benefits, bonuses):

Salary package - £13,000 - £15,000 gross per annum depending on experience.
